All bulkheads we construct on Lake Livingston are fully warranted for five years. All piers and boathouses have a two year warranty.

Lake Livingston Boathouses & Piers: We use all galvanized fasteners and hardware, and every connection is double bolted to reduced any flexing. All wood decking is secured with hand driven, 20 penny ring shank nails.

Lake Livingston Bulkheads: Waters Edge Construction installs wood, vinyl, and galvanized steel bulkheads. All lumber used in construction is .60 pressure treated specifically for water contact, and all pylons are driven to a minimum of five feet. On wood bulkheads, the sheet piling is driven to a minimum of four feet into solid ground and pilings are driven to a minimum of five feet. We compress each of the wooden sheets as we drive them to eliminate any gapping. A layer of filter cloth is installed on the back of the bulkhead to prevent future washouts.
